Tuition Reimbursement Program

Libertana is proud to present our new tuition reimbursement program. Libertana will reimburse employees for the cost of tuition pursuant to the following guidelines: (i) if the Course is part of a certificate program, it must be a nationally-recognized program to qualify for reimbursement under this Agreement; (ii) the Employee must receive at least a passing grade in the course and the amount of reimbursement will be based on the grade received. An “A,” “B,” or “C” grade will be reimbursed 100%; any grade received below a “C” will not be reimbursed. Reimbursement for bachelor Courses will be subject to a maximum limit of $5,000.00 per calendar year, subject to a lifetime cap of $6,000.00 during his/her career with the Company. Reimbursement for certificate program Courses will be subject to a maximum limit of $1,500.00 per calendar year, subject to a lifetime cap of $3,000.00 during his/her career with the Company. Reimbursement for graduate-level and above Courses, including masters courses, will be subject to a maximum limit of $10,000.00 per calendar year and a lifetime cap of $30,000.00 during his/her career at the Company. The Company’s reimbursement shall be made only upon the presentation of satisfactory evidence of the Employee’s participation and grade achieved in the Course and a copy of the invoice for the Course.
