Libertana is an Intensive Case Management Service (ICMS) provider in the county of Los Angeles. We work to identify, retain and establish stable residency for individuals impacted by homelessness. Libertana employs a whatever-it-takes approach when working to find stable housing for its clients. Libertana provides housing voucher application assistance, assistance with transitioning from homeless to housed, providing vital community resources and care management support. Our goal and our services aim to ensure holistic, long-term stability.
