Introducing Neil Rotter
Libertana takes pride in our leadership team and their devotion to creating a prosperous work environment. We are thrilled to announce multiple leadership shifts that we believe will advance Libertana’s mission of providing quality care to the community.
Jonathan Istrin, our current CEO, will soon be stepping into the position of Chairman, and home healthcare veteran Neil Rotter will be assuming the role of CEO.
As a new member of Libertana, we wanted to use this opportunity to introduce Neil to the team!
A nationally recognized health care executive, Neil has spent over 20 years in the field and is highly decorated for his work. He was awarded with the Lois C Lillick Award by the California Association for Health Services at Home, and H2Marketing awarded him with their Home Care Marketing Manager of the Year title.
Neil also worked on the development and implementation of the Employer of Record Respite Program throughout California’s Regional Centers, which serves individuals with developmental disabilities.
Rotter holds dual Master’s Degrees in Gerontology and Social Work from the University of Southern California in 1996. He has significant frontline experience in a range of settings, including home health care, an inpatient geropsychiatric program, adult older housing placement services, a senior center, and a domestic abuse counseling center.
